Server Log Files
When you visit my website, the web server collects data transmitted by your internet browser (e.g. name of accessed page or file, date and time, browser type, number of visits, time spent, referring page, screen resolution and operating system, IP address). The IP address is stored in full for a maximum of three months, to be able to respond to court or official inquiries (e.g. fraudulent activity). After that, it is anonymized. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and legitimate interest in protecting myself and my clients from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The IP address is only disclosed upon official or court request. Other data is used anonymously for statistics and website optimization.
Data Processing Upon Contact
If you contact me via contact form, email or phone, I collect and store all data you provide. For online inquiries, name and valid email address are required. Without this data, I cannot process your request. Processing is based on pre-contractual measures or our contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or legitimate interest in processing the inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is only shared with third parties if necessary for processing. Data is stored for the duration of the inquiry and any follow-up questions, and retained for up to six additional months for future reference.
Data Processing During Contract Execution
If you commission me to provide services, I collect and store all relevant data (inquiry date/time, services, offers, payment terms, billing info, delivery address, etc.). I may also collect participant data (name, contact info, progress, feedback, photos/videos) as part of service delivery. Legal basis: contract performance or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data may be shared with third parties (suppliers, payment or delivery services) as needed. All data is stored until contract fulfillment and expiration of legal claims (typically three years). Legal retention obligations remain unaffected.
